Housing Information

After joining ZTA, you'll have the opportunity to live in our newly remodeled house at 2714 Durant Ave! Initiated members get the option to live in our humble abode and sign year-long contracts for the following school year. This is such an enriching, fun experience that allows members to experience life alongside their sisters, where everlasting memories are formed daily. Some examples of what we do together in the house include watching movies in the living room, having study sessions in one of our study spaces, and making homemade pizzas in the kitchen!
