Involvement

Here at the Upsilon chapter, our membership is constantly finding new ways to get involved on campus and in the community. Our members participate in extracurricular activities ranging from UC Berkeley Engineers without Borders to writing for out campus paper, the Daily Cal. We are lucky to have so many passionate and talented women who dedicate themselves to philanthropic service and making our campus a better place.

From leading student government to shining in the dance community, the sisters of our chapter are involved in almost every aspect of campus life at UC Berkeley. Zetas are engineers and poets, researchers, and journalists. We are Regents scholars, Apple interns, future lawyers and doctors, musicians and activists, artists, film-makers, teachers, athletes, fencers, and figure skaters. A woman on the honor roll is common here. In new sisters, we look for women who have a passion, something to say - someone who follows in the example of our fraternity's own founders.

Zeta understands that Berkeley can be a busy place and we encourage all of our members to pursue their passions and interests, whatever they may be. At the end of the day we are at Cal to better ourselves and figure out what we want to do after graduation. Being in Zeta has allowed many members the chance to be exposed to new opportunities by constantly being surrounded by such accomplished women.
